Learn how to log in, set up your account, and navigate the Akili Soft ERP system.

Getting Started

2.1 Logging In

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Sign In"

2.2 First-Time Setup

If you're a new user with no modules assigned:

  1. After login, you'll see a welcome screen
  2. Click "Select Modules to Get Started"
  3. Choose the modules your business needs
  4. Your administrator will approve your module access

2.3 Navigation

The system uses a sidebar navigation with the following structure:

  • Dashboard: Main overview of active modules
  • Module Sections: Each subscribed module appears in the sidebar
  • User Menu: Access your profile and logout at the bottom of the sidebar

2.4 Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

  • Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the sidebar
  • Tap outside the sidebar or the X icon to close it
